The team of trainers functioning under the International Training Alliance are from many different nationalities and a variety of organizations.

ITA Staff

	David Cummings (Australia): International Ambassador for Wycliffe Bible translators, former International President and Director of Wycliffe Bible Translators in Australia and New Zealand.
	Peter Nicoll (South Africa): Baptist pastor, former Director of the OM ship Logos II and Director of OM in the United Kingdom. Currently "Managing Director" of OM Ships.
	Marc Kretzschmar (United Kingdom): Leader in OM with service on various fields and now Administrator for Leadership Matters Courses.
	Joop Strietman (Netherlands): Director of OM in the Netherlands for 20 years and the Regional Director for Northern Europe for over 8 years. Presently a missionary spokesman and CEO for International Training Alliance.
	John King (Canada): Served with Wycliffe in Canada, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand with many years as a trainer. Currently seconded to ITA as a staff member and responsible for leading the "follow on" of participants after courses.
	Roger Lang (Australia): Long time international leader in the CMA and pastor of a Christian and Missionary Alliance church in Brisbane, Australia.
	Bill Frisby (USA - Italy): After 10 years in the corporate business world Bill served in various leadership and training roles. Bill is now focussed on helping various individuals and organizations in strategic leadership development through coaching and mentoring.
	Michael Lyth (United Kingdom): As a Cambridge graduate he pioneered OM’s work in South Asia. Currently Mike is Head of Corporate Services of OM International and part of the International OM leadership team.
	Julie Wells (Australia): Has been a secondary teacher for 16 years and has served on the Caleb training staff. She has brought her unique abilities as a trainer of the trainers for the LMC courses.
	Londa Amundson (USA): has been a trainer in leadership development for over 20 years working with pastors, youth directors, congregation members and students.
	Mark Young (Australia): Served with MAF. Currently Director of Caleb Ministries Australia.
	Joseph
	Rachel Johnson (USA): Served for OM Ships for several years, involved in leading the Line-up teams as they prepared for the ships visit to different ports. Currently is full time with ITA, responsible for Trainer Development.

ITA Office

Because those overseeing and coordinating the operations of the International Training Alliance courses are involved in other responsibilities as well, the work is handled cooperatively from different offices around the world. There is no central office as such; the operation is run from a virtual email, Skype connected office. This has enabled mobility as well as keeping overhead costs to a minimum.
