It has been an amazing story of leaders from different organisations, working closely together, training other leaders and younger ‘leaders to be’, all around the globe.
1995
Wycliffe staff conducted a training course in Belgium for 24 leaders of Operation Mobilisation. The training was developed in Wycliffe over many years prior to this.
1997
A second course followed in Atlanta, again for OM leaders. The expressed aim was to develop some of them to become trainers too, to help them do it in OM.
1998
USA.
1999
England.
Four trainers made the commitment to make themselves available to help conduct two courses per year and to take the training to different parts of the world in order to test the cultural relevance. After three years an evaluation would be done.

Subsequently a vision statement was drawn up and an organisational framework developed, with a Council to be overall responsible and a Management team for the day to day operations.
